Centra welcomes S. Henry (Hank) Creasy to its executive team as Senior Vice President-Chief Legal Officer. Hank will oversee Centra’s in-house Legal Department, Risk Management, and Government Relations.
Hank is a Lynchburg native and graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and University of Virginia School of Law. Hank comes from one of Virginia’s premier law firms, Woods Rogers, where he has been a principal since its merger with Edmunds & Willams. Hank has extensive healthcare experience as he most recently led the firm’s health law practice group.
Richard Tugman, Centra’s interim President & CEO, acknowledged Hank’s dedication to Centra over the years and noted that in this new role Hank “will continue to meaningfully impact Centra with his health law expertise, business savviness, and good judgment.”
Hank is the Vice Chair of the Health Law Section Council of the Virginia Bar Association. He also serves as the Board Chair of HK Lending, an emerging CDFI incubated by local nonprofit HumanKind, of which he formerly served as Board Chair.
