Referrals

The special education department of the applicant's school typically makes referrals* for residential treatment to the local FAPT (Family Assessment and Planning Team) or CPMT (Community Planning and Management Team). FAPT and CPMT are local interagency teams established by the Comprehensive Services Act (CSA). CSA was designed to support services for eligible youth and their families.

Medicaid, CSA, and other sources fund treatment at Bridges. Residential treatment is now accepting funding through a state contract with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please contact your local Comprehensive Services Act (CSA) coordinator for details. To find your local CSA coordinator, visit the CSA website
