About Me
Justin primarily uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in group settings. His focus is on children and adolescents, where he also provides family therapy to support the entire family system. Additionally, he enjoy incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy whenever possible to address deeper, internal conflicts. In his role as the lead therapist, Justin is actively involved in the supervision and development of our staff and programming, ensuring high-quality care for our patients. In his free time, he enjoys reading a good book, exploring one of the many hiking trails around Lynchburg, and spending quality time with his family. Justin says, "These activities help me relax and recharge, allowing me to bring my best self to work with the community."
